Booking & Payment Terms

These terms explain how bookings and payments work on TradeLink Hub.
This is a draft policy. It must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified UK legal professional before launch.
No booking fee
There is currently no booking fee. Posting a job, receiving quotes and confirming your booking are all free — you are never asked for card details to book a tradesperson.
Paying your tradesperson
You pay the agreed price directly to your tradesperson, by cash, bank transfer, or any method you both agree. TradeLink Hub is not involved in the payment for the work and does not hold it.
Changes to fees
TradeLink Hub may introduce or change fees in future. Any fee that applies to a booking will always be shown clearly before you confirm it, and this page will be updated.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any dispute resolution.
