Reviews
Reviews are submitted by genuine customers after job completion and can be reported if inaccurate.
Keeping communication on-platform
Until a contract is formed, contact details are hidden and stripped from messages. This protects both parties.
Payments
TradeLink Hub is free to use and takes no cut of the job price. You agree the price with your tradesperson and settle it directly with them — we never ask for your card details to book.
If something goes wrong
You can open a dispute or report a problem from your job workspace. Our team reviews each case fairly.
